It is located in the park area of the Otradnoye district, next to the sea.
The walk through a lovely park to the quiet golden sandy beach takes 5 minutes.
There are sun loungers with umbrellas and a small cafe is on the beach.
This comfortable two-room apartment (70 m2) is designed in accordance with the requirements of modern travelers.
The building is brand new with perfect sound insulation. The apartment has autonomous floorheating.
The heated floors are made of porcelain stoneware to keep you warm in winter and cool in hot summer days.
The apartment is modern decorated in European style and suitable for short stays (max 5 persons) and long stays (max 4 persons).

- two bathrooms: one with a shower. Both bathrooms have a washing basin with mirror and build-in toilet. The toilets are equipped with hygienic bidet-showers. A set of bathroom accessories is provided: shampoo and shower gel, liquid hand soap.
The apartment has of course free fast WiFi and 175 interactive TV-channels, so that you don’t miss any of your favorite programs.
It takes 5 minutes to walk along an alley through a shady park to a tranquil sandy beach.
There is a small cozy cafe and sun loungers with umbrellas on the shore.
You can reach the Svetlogorsk Promenade walking along the shore.
The distance from the apartments to the Svetlogorsk-II railway station in the city center is about 2 km, which is 20-30 minutes’ walk along the green zone,
or 5 minutes by taxi (150 rubles), or 10 minutes by regular city buses No.1, which run quite often; the first one leaves at 06:41am, and the last one at 10:41pm.
The location of the apartment house in a park area provides peace and quiet for living away from crowd streets and exhaust gases,
but at the same time allows you not to break away from the evening pleasures associated with watching concerts or premieres in the famous Amber Hall of Svetlogorsk,
visiting city museums and cafes and restaurants of the city.

Sightseeing and Activities
House-Museum of Hermann Brachert (0.3 km): is a final exhibition of works performed in the framework of the International Festival-Symposium of Sculptors.
The Museum hosts creative meetings and musical evenings.
Park of the Amber Period (0.7 km): interesting not only for children, but also for adults! "Living" figures of dinosaurs, rocks and an "active" volcano, a salt cave, a replica of a Varangian village, an impressive amber tree, as well as a rope park, bungee cages, tree houses, communication with animals, fairy-tale characters, play and sports grounds, tubing slide. .. and that's not all!
Promenade: You can get to the beginning of the Svetlogorsk beach promenade if you walk 200 meters east from the Svetlogorsk-2 railway station, then turn left and go down to the sea.
Or take the cable car. Walking along the sea, you will admire a bronze statue of a mermaid surrounded by fish, a sculptural composition with a naked nymph in a mother-of-pearl shell on mosaic turquoise waves.
At the beginning of the central staircase of the Promenade there is a sundial with a diameter of 10 m, oriented towards the Polar Star and crowned with a giant arrow set at the latitude of Svetlogorsk - 55 °.
On the Promenade there are art objects, benches, swings, cafes, restaurants, kiosks, rental points, trays with fresh pastries.
Street musicians perform on the staircases in summer.
Yantar-Hall: a modern-style complex that houses exhibition halls, a cinema, museums, theater and concert halls, as well as boutiques and restaurants.

The complex is located 500 meters from the Svetlogorsk-2 railway station along the central street of the city.
Lake Tikhoe: in the centre of the city. There is a promenade around the "silent" lake, on the other side of it there is the Svetlogorsk forest with walking paths.
In the forest there is a children's park, gazebos, a rope park with trails of varying degrees of difficulty, including for adults.
There is a boat station on the lake where you can rent a boat or catamaran.
Larch park: walking paths, flower beds, benches, a music pavilion, sculptures and a fountain.
The organ hall: in the park area on Sadovaya Street, old German mansions, alleys, flower beds and the former Catholic chapel "Mary - the Star of the Sea", where organ concerts are given.
Water tower: an old German building of two "fused" towers. You can enter the tower, go up to the second floor, walk through the gallery, admire the views on Svetlogorsk.
Model of the medieval Königsberg: in open air, located in the main street next to the hotel "House of the Storyteller" and the monument to Hoffmann.
Shops and restaurants
Several small grocery and hardware stores, a small gastronomic cafe are located 200 meters from the apartment.
There is a coastal cafe on Otradnoye Beach, which serves delicious meat and fish dishes, including those cooked on an open grill.
Three interesting themed cafes work on the territory of the Amber Period Park, located 700 meters from the house.
The nearest supermarket is in Svetlogorsk. You will see many boutiques and shops selling amber souvenirs throughout the city.
Svetlogorsk has several original decorated restaurants and cafes, bars and pastry shops.
The Königsberg bakery sells hot bread and delicious strudels.
Public transport
By Train: There are two railway stations in Svetlogorsk: Svetlogorsk-1 and Svetlogorsk-2. Svetlogorsk-2 is the closest to the Raushen Park apartments and the terminus for the electric train. From the railway station Svetlogorsk you can go by train to Kaliningrad, Zelenogradsk, Pionersky and other interesting cities and villages of the Kaliningrad region.
By bus: Bus number 118 runs between Kaliningrad and Svetlogorsk every 20 minutes. In Kaliningrad, the bus leaves from the North Station. In Svetlogorsk, the final point of his route is a stop near the railway station Svetlogorsk-2. Bus number 125, which runs on schedule, reaches the Otradnoye district.
By taxi: The fastest and most convenient way to get from the center of Svetlogorsk to the Otradnoye area. Taxis Yandex and Uber, ordered through the app, arrive almost immediately; the cost of the trip is approx. 150 rubles.
Airport:: Khrabrovo Airport is 30 km away. A taxi ride from / to the airport costs 1000 rubles. We can order a taxi for you if you ask for it when booking an apartment.
